How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your Call Loop subscription, head over to the Settings > Billing & Usage and at the bottom of the page, you'll see the text Cancel Subscription. Your plan will cancel at the end of your billing cycle.
Step 1: Locate the Cancellation Link
Log in to your Call Loop account and access the account cancellation link. This may be available:
Inside your account portal, or
Through a previous support or billing conversation with our team
Step 2: Follow the On-Screen Instructions
Click the cancellation link and complete the on-screen steps to confirm your cancellation. Once completed, your subscription will be marked as canceled and will not renew.
Step 3: Access After Cancellation
After canceling:
Your account remains fully accessible until the end of your current billing period
You can continue using any remaining credits
You can download or save important data before access ends
