Credits

Credits are used to send your messages on Call Loop. You will need to have credits on your account in order for you to send your messages. Each plan will include credits and you have the option to buy credits or enable auto-recharge to automatically add credits for you.

Go to Account > Billing & Usage to purchase credits.

1 credit per 160 characters

2 credits per 1,600 characters

2 credits per successful drop

Call Loop SMS is 1 credit per 160 characters. So if you were to write a text with over 200 characters, you'll be charged 2 credits per contact. For example, if I were to send this SMS to 100 people, it would be 200 credits.

Buy Credits

You can always purchase more additional credits at anytime at the plan discounted rate. Depending on the plan you are currently on, you will get a discounted rate for purchasing additional credits.

Just select the amount of credits you would like and purchase the credits. They'll be made available immediately after your successful payment.

Auto-Recharge

If your account reaches 0 credits, then all of your messages will be stopped and not delivered. Auto-recharge is an optional setting that you can enable to ensure that you will always have enough credits on your account.

When your credits fall below a credit amount, then Call Loop will automatically charge your credit card to add more credits. We highly recommend turning this on or else your messages will stop from sending.

Go to Account > Billing & Usage to see your settings.

๐Ÿ”ฅ HOT TIP! We recommend that you turn on Auto-Recharge to ensure that you never run out of credits. This will save a lot of heart-ache if you wish to send a message and you run out of credits.

Roll-Over Credits

Good news! With roll-over credits, you won't lose out on the credits your plan includes. Let's say that at the end of your billing cycle you used 500 of the 1,000 credits, these 500 credits will roll-over for 30 days for you to use.
