Upgrade / Downgrade Plans
Updated over a week ago

Call Loop offers a few plans that give you the flexibility to upgrade, downgrade, and buy message credits when you need them. Here's how it all works...

Plans

With your Call Loop account, you will need to be on a subscription plan. We offer a wide range of plans as low as $15/month to custom plans specific to your needs and message volume.

Each plan will come with full featured access to the Call Loop platform and depending on the plan selected, message credits will be added to your account.

For example, the $49/mo plan will include 1,000 credits and these will renew monthly upon successful payment. If you go over the allotted amount for the plan, then you'll be able to add additional credits at the plan price.

We also offer annual plans that give you a TWO months free and all of the credits up front.

FAQ's

Which plans allow for unlimited users?

All paid plans aside from the Pay As You Go plan will include unlimited users.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause, and cancel your plan at anytime.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! When you choose to pre-pay for a year of service, you'll receive a discount compared to monthly payments, up to 17% off.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe to process our payments which is safe and secure. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Do my credits roll-over?

Your un-used plan credits roll-over for 30 days and any credits you purchase will expire in 12 months from the time of purchase.

Due to the fact that higher plans come with a volume discount, credits do not roll over if you decide to downgrade your plan.

For example, sign up for the $249/month, 7,500 credit plan. After your first payment, however, you downgrade to the $25/month 500 credit plan. The 7,000 credits do not roll over as it would be a misuse of the volume discount.
