Updated over 4 months ago

Call Loop offers a few plans that give you the flexibility to upgrade, downgrade, and buy message credits when you need them. Here's how it all works...

Free Trial

To get started with Call Loop, you'll need to start your free trial. Currently, this will give you 14 full days to try the software to see if it's the right fit for you. You may upgrade or cancel at anytime and not be charged.

Plans

With your Call Loop account, you will need to be on a subscription plan. We offer a wide range of plans as low as $15/month to custom plans specific to your needs and message volume.

Each plan will come with full featured access to the Call Loop platform and depending on the plan selected, message credits will be added to your account. For example, the $49/mo plan will include 1,000 credits and these will renew monthly upon successful payment. If you go over the allotted amount for the plan, then you'll be able to add additional credits at the plan price.

We also offer annual plans that give you a TWO months free and all of the credits up front.

Upgrade to an annual plan and get 2 months free!

Credits

Credits are used to send your messages on Call Loop. You will need to have credits on your account in order for you to send your messages. Each plan will include credits and you have the option to buy credits or enable auto-recharge to automatically add credits for you.

Go to Account > Billing & Usage to purchase credits.

Buy Credits

You can always purchase more additional credits at anytime at the plan discounted rate. Depending on the plan you are currently on, you will get a discounted rate for purchasing additional credits.

Just select the amount of credits you would like and purchase the credits. They'll be made available immediately after your successful payment.

Auto-Recharge

If your account reaches 0 credits, then all of your messages will be stopped and not delivered. Auto-recharge is an optional setting that you can enable to ensure that you will always have enough credits on your account.

When your credits fall below a credit amount, then Call Loop will automatically charge your credit card to add more credits. We highly recommend turning this on or else your messages will stop from sending.

Go to Account > Billing & Usage to see your settings.

๐Ÿ”ฅ HOT TIP! We recommend that you turn on Auto-Recharge to ensure that you never run out of credits. This will save a lot of heart-ache if you wish to send a message and you run out of credits.

Roll-Over Credits

Good news! With roll-over credits, you won't lose out on the credits your plan includes. Let's say that at the end of your billing cycle you used 500 of the 1,000 credits, these 500 credits will roll-over for 30 days for you to use.

Due to the fact that higher plans come with a volume discount, credits do not roll over if you decide to downgrade your plan.

For example, sign up for the $249/month, 7,500 credit plan. After your first payment, however, you downgrade to the $25/month 500 credit plan. The 7,000 credits do not roll over as it would be a misuse of the volume discount.

Payment Methods

We use Stripe to process our payments which is 100% safe and secure. Currently, we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for payments.

You'll be able to add a Primary credit card and a Backup credit card. The Primary card will be used for your subscription and you have the option to setup a Backup card so if your Primary card fails for a subscription or auto-recharge attempt, we will attempt your Backup card.

๐Ÿ”ฅ HOT TIP! We highly recommend added a Backup credit to your account to ensure that credits are successfully added to your account.
