Why is my Broadcast suspended?
Updated over a week ago

If you're organization has been suspended or your Broadcasts have been Paused, this is because we received a High Bounce Rate on your SMS messages.

The problem may arise due to low-quality contacts that include a significant number of outdated, invalid, or incorrect phone numbers. This can potentially harm your SMS reputation and have a negative impact on your future SMS message delivery.

Therefore, it's important to regularly maintain and update your contact list to ensure that your contact phone numbers reach the intended recipients and to safeguard your SMS reputation.

We have a minimum requirement for an acceptable SMS bounce rate. If the Broadcast reaches an 8% bounce rate per 24 hours, Call Loop pauses the broadcast.

After 1 hour, Call Loop will allow another resend. If you lookup the number using PhoneCheckr, you will be able to send SMS messages immediately. Once the bounce rate is reached again, the same logic is applied.

We strongly recommend that you validate your contact using our phone validation product, PhoneCheckr.

What is PhoneCheckr?

PhoneCheckr is a phone validation tool that will lookup your contacts phone numbers to determine the type. Since SMS can only be received on Mobile numbers, we will attempt to deliver texts to only valid numbers.
