With the Call Loop HubSpot integration, you'll be able to send SMS, Voice, and Ringless messages from your Workflows.
How to Integrate HubSpot
Step 1: Goto Settings
From your Settings > Integrations, click on the Connect button in the HubSpot section.
Step 2: Connect Call Loop
After clicking connect, you'll need to connect Call Loop to HubSpot.
After you click Connect, you'll be connected to Call Loop!

How to Send an SMS, Call, or Ringless Voicemail from a HubSpot Workflow
From your Contact Workflow, select one of the Call Loop actions.
Voice Broadcast
Send to Phone Number | Insert the Phone Number or Property where the contacts phone number exists. |
Caller ID | This is the number that will appear on your contacts caller ID when the call is made. |
Live Answer Only | This option will only play the audio when the contact picks up the call. |
Voicemail Only | This will only play the audio when a voicemail is detected and hang up when it's picked up live. |
Live Answer & Voicemail | This will play an audio when the contact picks up or a voicemail is detected. |
Unsubscribe Digit | When the contact press the # on the keypad they will be unsubscribed from Call Loop. |
Transfer Digit | When the contact presses this digit it will transfer the call to your transfer destination. |
Transfer Number | This is where the call will be transferred when the caller press the transfer digit. |

How to Send a Message from a HubSpot Workflow Using Triggers
Step 1: Create a Trigger
Once you get to create your Trigger, you'll be able to give it a name and select HubSpot. If you haven't already, you'll be able to connect HubSpot with Call Loop.
Phone field
Select the Phone Number where your contacts phone number exists. Typically, this is the one of the default Phone properties: Phone Number or Mobile Phone Number.
Step 2: Copy Your Webhook
After you've created your message, Call Loop will provide you a Webhook URL. Copy this and now head over to HubSpot Workflows.
Step 3: Add an Action from Your HubSpot Workflow
From your Contact Workflow, add the action "Send a webhook" and enter in the details.
Select "Send a webhook"
Select POST
Insert your Call Loop Trigger URL
Click Save
That's it! You are now able to send messages from your HubSpot Workflows.
