Limits on Ringless Voicemail
At Call Loop, we want to ensure effective communication while preventing overuse of ringless voicemail to any one contact.
Unlimited Sends: There is no limit to the number of ringless voicemail messages you can send from your account overall.
Per-Contact Limit: You can only send a ringless voicemail to the same contact up to 3 times within a 3-day period.
Billing: You are only charged for successfully delivered messages. For example, if you send 100 messages and only 80 are delivered, you’ll only be billed for the 80.
Credit Cost: Each successfully delivered ringless voicemail costs 2 credits.
This contact limit helps ensure better deliverability and reduces the likelihood of spam complaints.
