SMS broadcasts require a verified sending number (either a 10DLC or a Toll-free number) before messages can be sent. During trial, you can use our test number to send SMS messages. The number is available automatically during your trial period.
Carriers will review your brand, website and opt-in form with which your clients will allow you to message them via SMS.
Go to Numbers in the dashboard.
Purchase either:
10DLC number
Toll-Free number
Complete the compliance process required by mobile carriers. You can reach that page by clicking here.
