Which type of number do I need?
Option 1
SMS number
Use this to send text message campaigns to your contacts.
Option 2
Caller ID number
Use this as the outbound number for voice broadcasts and ringless voicemails.
You can add both types to your account. Each type serves a different broadcast channel.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use the same number for SMS and voice broadcasts?
