If you're looking to add your Caller ID for Voice and Ringless messages, here's how to add your caller ID. Proper configuration of Caller ID ensures better recipient recognition and compliance with campaign requirements.

Add a Caller ID

You can add Caller ID's by going to Settings > Numbers and adding a caller ID or from your message creation, you can add a caller ID.

  1. When creating a message, go to Send from and select Add Caller ID.

  2. Enter the phone number you’d like to use.

  3. After submitting your number, Call Loop will place a verification call to it.

  4. During the call, you’ll receive a PIN code—enter this code to confirm ownership of the number.

Once verified, your number will appear as a Caller ID option for future messages.

Removing a Caller ID

If you need to remove a Caller ID:

  1. Hover over the number in your Added Caller IDs list.

  2. Click the trash bin icon that appears to delete it.

Your number will be removed immediately and will no longer appear as a sending option.
