In this tutorial you'll learn how to import an opt-out list of contacts into Call Loop.
Step 1: Upload Your CSV File
To upload your contact list, head over to Contacts and click the Import button. Once you click that a popup will appear asking your to import a .csv file.

Step 2: Map Your Data
Once you upload your file, you'll be asked to map your csv file fields to the Call Loop fields. Make sure that you map your fields over correctly.

Status
You can set the contact's opt-in status upon import. Just create a column that sets the status as one of these options. You can choose to use either Removed or Unsubscribed as either option will set as unsubscribed.
Status | Description |
Active | Sets the contact status to Active if they have not been unsubscribed. |
Removed | Sets the contacts as "unsubscribed" |
Unsubscribed | Sets the contacts as "unsubscribed" |
Step 3: Add Contacts to a List
The last step is to add your contacts to a list. You can create or select an existing list on this screen. Then click the checkbox to start your import.
That's it! Your contacts should appear in your account in just a few minutes.
