Importing contacts into Call Loop is a breeze. Just follow these steps to import your contacts and add them to a list.
Step 1: Upload Your CSV File
To upload your contact list, head over to Contacts and click the Import button. Once you click that a popup will appear asking your to import a .csv file.

Step 2: Map Your Data
Once you upload your file, you'll be asked to map your csv file fields to the Call Loop fields. Make sure that you map your fields over correctly.

Status
You can set the contacts opt-in status upon import too. In your CSV, be sure to have the status column that has one of these values.

Active | Sets the opt-in status to Active |
Removed | Sets the opt-in status to Unsubscribed |
Unsubscribed | Sets the opt-in status to Unsubscribed |
Step 3: Add Contacts to a List
The last step is to add your contacts to a list. You can create or select an existing list on this screen. Then click the checkbox to start your import.
That's it! Your contacts should appear in your account in just a few minutes.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How long does it take to import my contacts?
If you are a brand new user to Call Loop, our team will manually approve your import prior to the contacts being added. This typically takes within 1 hour for our team to team and either approve or reject your import.
Depending on the size of your list, it can range from a couple of minutes up to 10 minutes for the import to fully reach your account.
I need to import a large list. Am I able to do that?
If you need to import a large list of over 10,000 records, please contact our support team to coordinate a list import for you.
Can I import an opt-out list?
Yes. When importing an opt-out list of contacts, be sure to have a column in your CSV file with the status.

The status "Removed" or "Unsubscribed" will automatically set the contact as unsubscribed.
