Step 1: Setup Conversion Tracking
Conversion Tracking Pixel
Head over to Settings > Conversions and copy the HTML code snippet to place on your website.
Advanced: Setup Revenue Tracking
If you'd like to track conversions and track the total revenue generated from your SMS messages, you'll want to add the add this pixel to your website.
Step 2: Create Your Conversion Events
Now that you've added your pixel to your website, you'll want to create your conversion events. This can be when someone buys a product, books a meeting, or lands on a specific page.
Head over to Settings > Conversions and click create conversion to get started.
Name | The name of your conversion event. e.g. Purchase |
Conversion URL | Call Loop will trigger a conversion when the person first clicks on the trackable SMS text and lands on your conversion URL.
An asterisk * may be used as a wildcard. e.g: /thank-you?id=* |
Default value (optional) | The value of the conversion. |
Conversion attribution | To record the conversion the first time the conversion is recorded for someone, set this to Count a maximum of one conversion per person. Otherwise, set it to Count every conversion. |
Step 3: Send Your SMS Message
You can track conversions from any type of message: Broadcast, Campaigns, Triggers, Webforms, and Keywords.

After you write your text and shorten your links, select Track Conversions and choose your conversion event to associate with this message.
