Call-back tracking lets you see how many people call you back after receiving your Ringless Voicemail. It helps you measure your campaign’s performance and understand customer engagement.
With call-back tracking, you can:
Count the number of callbacks from your campaigns.
Measure the effectiveness of your Ringless Voicemail messages.
Gain insights into customer engagement.
Use callback data to improve your voicemail strategies and outcomes.
You can have a log of all the callbacks in case you miss any of the calls
How to Enable Call Back Tracking:
Start a broadcast or campaign in your Call Loop account and navigate to the Ringless Voicemail section, you will see a field labeled Enable Call-back Tracking, simply check the box to enable call-back tracking for your campaign.
🤯 Boom! You now have a call-back tracking enabled!
How to View the Number of Callbacks?
To view the number of callbacks, go to your Broadcasts or Campaigns section in Call Loop. There, you’ll find a Callbacks stat that shows how many people have called back in response to your Ringless Voicemail campaign. This allows you to track the direct engagement from your messages.
When a contact calls you back, Call Loop will now label the callback with one of two statuses:
📞 Answered
This status appears when you pick up the call from your contact.
It confirms a successful live interaction with your customer.
❌ Missed
This status appears when you do not answer the callback.
It lets you know which customers attempted to reach you so you can return their call later.
These statuses help you understand not just how many people called back, but the quality and outcome of those interactions.
