Call Loop now supports automatic Do Not Call (DNC) scrubbing and validation for Voice Broadcast and Ringless Voicemail campaigns.
This feature checks your contacts against Do Not Call databases and automatically marks them as DNC = Yes or No, helping you stay compliant and avoid sending restricted voice messages.
What Is DNC Scrubbing?
DNC Scrubbing validates phone numbers against Do Not Call databases.
When enabled, the system:
Checks contact numbers
Updates their DNC status
Blocks DNC contacts from Voice and Ringless campaigns
This helps reduce compliance risk and protect your account.
How to Enable DNC Lookup
Go to Usage
Turn on DNC Lookup
Choose one of the following options:
Lookup only new contacts
Lookup all existing contacts
Lookup Options Explained
Lookup New Contacts Only
Only newly added contacts will be validated. Previously added contacts will remain unvalidated unless manually checked.
Lookup All Existing Contacts
The system will validate your entire contact list, including previously added contacts.
Validation Statuses
After validation, contacts will be marked as:
DNC = No → Eligible for Voice and Ringless campaigns
DNC = Yes → Blocked from Voice and Ringless campaigns
New contacts may temporarily show Validation Pending while processing.
Where to View DNC Contacts
You can view DNC contacts by:
Going to the Contacts page
Selecting the DNC tab
This shows all contacts marked as Do Not Call.
Campaign & Trigger Behavior
Voice Broadcasts
Contacts marked as DNC = Yes will automatically be skipped.
Ringless Voicemail
Contacts marked as DNC = Yes will automatically be skipped.
SMS Campaigns
SMS messages will still send unless restricted separately.
In automated campaigns and triggers, DNC contacts will be marked as skipped to ensure compliance.
Manual Validation
You can manually validate individual contacts:
Open a contact record
Click Validate
The system will check and update the DNC status

Each DNC lookup is billed per validation.
Pricing is calculated based on your plan’s credit rate.
