With Enhanced Opt-Out, Call Loop scans the incoming message body for a recognizable opt-out keyword while ignoring surrounding punctuation, symbols, digits, spaces, and emojis. A match triggers an automatic soft unsubscribe — no manual action needed from you or your team.
What Keywords Trigger an Opt-Out?
Standard, case-insensitive opt-out words (e.g., STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE). The difference is that surrounding punctuation, symbols, digits, spaces, and emojis no longer block the match.
